Q’ing:Business Impact Certifier (BIC)
Q'ing: BIC provides the ability to attach the value of the message content to Messaging Infrastructure metadata. This function allows business users to determine the monetary value of messages traversing the corporate infrastructure, without the need to open the application message.

Q’ing:Business Impact Analyzer (BIA)
This is the core of the product suite with rules based intelligence built into the product which are driven by the business parameters as defined by the Business Manager. In reality, this is the “brain” of the product suite. All relevant information is collected and analysed at this point and the impact on the business is determined.

Q’ing:Business Message Re-Sequencer (BMR)
When messages queue waiting to be processed, Q'ing: BMR allows infrastructure administrators to reorder the processing of latent messages allowing those with the highest impact to be processed ahead of the rest of the waiting queue.
